We are not a walk in clinic. All visits require a booked appointment.

*Our doctors round daily on inpatients at Groves Memorial Community Hospital.

    • Patient pay Shringrix, Prevnar20 and Gardasil9 vaccines are available without travel consultation. Receipts will be provided for patient to submit to their benefits plan.

 

Routine Adult Immunizations
Tetanus 
  • Required every 10 years

Pneumovax 

  • Offered at the age of 65+

  • Only one dose needed

 

Shingrix

  • Offered free of charge between the ages of 65-70

  • 2 Dose series given 2-6 months apart

 

Flu

  • Offered yearly

  • High dose in office for at risk individuals 65+

  • Infant and adult doses offered in office

Dr. Daren Lin leads Arthur Musculoskeletal Health for patients wishing to explore non-surgical solutions for joint and soft tissue issues.  Discover the precision of image-guided injections for conditions like arthritis or tendon pain at our clinic.  Medication is delivered to the problem area with pinpoint accuracy under real-time imaging, optimizing therapeutic benefits while minimizing side effects.  We offer various treatment options if indicated, including corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, soft tissue-adapted biocompatible hyaluronic acid, prolotherapy, and percutaneous tenotomy.  Learn more at arthurmsk.ca.

As of Jan 1, 2023 Dr. Jones has launched Arthur Travel Health for Travel health consultations and travel vaccines.
See Travel Tab for details. This service is open to any patient not just existing patients of Arthur Family practice. Note Travel Health consultations are a Non-OHIP insured service and patients are responsible for the cost of the appointment and any travel vaccines at the time of their appointment. Call our office if you have specific questions.

 

Dr. Jones and Dr. Lin strongly feel that in person appointments provide the best quality of care for their patients.

As of September 1, 2022 we will be asking all patients to allow up to 3 days for a prescription renewal to be completed.

As of September 1, 2022 we will be booking all patients with their respective family physician in an effort to ensure all patients the best quality and continuity of care.Arthur Family Practice is a teaching office. You may encounter medical learners at your visit. Please be welcoming to these students.
